No Refund Policy

All sales are final. InternFolio does not offer refunds on any course fees, registration charges, or program payments once the enrollment has been confirmed.

1. No Refund Commitment

All payments made to InternFolio for any training program, internship, workshop, or digital product are strictly non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Our courses involve significant investment in:

  • Expert instructor time and live mentorship sessions
  • Preparation of digital course materials and assignments
  • Platform resources, certificates, and offer letters
  • Administrative and operational costs

Because these resources are made available immediately upon enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds.

3. No Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to attend or complete the program
  • Technical difficulties on the student's end (device, internet)
  • Dissatisfaction with course content after access is granted
  • Duplicate payments (in which case, see Section 4)
  • Busy schedule or personal constraints

4. Duplicate / Failed Payments

In the event of a genuine duplicate transaction or payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed, please contact us within 48 hours with your payment receipt. We will investigate and resolve payment discrepancies on a case-by-case basis.

5. Program Transfers

If you are unable to attend a specific batch, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same program, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 72 hours before the program start date.

6. Program Cancellation by InternFolio

In the rare event that InternFolio cancels a program before it begins, enrolled students will receive either:

  • A full credit towards any other InternFolio program, or
  • A refund at InternFolio's sole discretion
