By accessing or using InternFolio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

InternFolio provides online training programs, internship certificates, mentorship sessions, and career development resources to students and professionals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. InternFolio is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Payment and Enrollment

  • All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Access to course content begins within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on InternFolio — including course materials, videos, text, graphics, and logos — is the exclusive property of InternFolio and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or course content with unauthorized parties
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or InternFolio staff
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform services

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements. InternFolio reserves the right to revoke certificates if a student is found to have violated the code of conduct or obtained certification fraudulently.

9. Limitation of Liability

InternFolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
